Century Mile RCN Canadian Brewhouse 

Century Mile Racetrack and Casino selected Orbit Communications to design and deliver Roberts Communications Network services satellite television data and AV integration at six Canadian Brewhouse restaurants across Alberta.

Orbit designed the cabling layout, supplied and installed the satellite, CATV RF and structured data infrastructure required to integrate live racing programming with each restaurant’s existing audio and video distribution system.

Each location received eight RCN set top boxes connected to eight television or video wall positions, for a total deployment of 48 receivers. The eight RCN set top boxes installed per location were connected to eight television or video wall positions, creating a 48 receiver deployment across the six restaurants. 

Orbit installed the dedicated data cabling for betting terminals and associated payment processing equipment, then tested and commissioned the complete system at every site.

We completed the dish installation and alignment, equipment installation, cabling, AV integration, system configuration and end to end testing. The completed rollout provided each location with reliable live racing content and the supporting connectivity required for customer wagering services.
